the location is nice, but don’t expect a lift—how quaint. also, no fridge in the room? how is that acceptable in a b&b! I almost thought of giving a good review, but I expected a welcome gift or at least some bottled water for my troubles. alas, that was too much to ask.

Charming spot in Rome!

Had a lovely stay! The building’s decor is stunning and the coffee area is super nice to grab a quick bite. I also loved how there were plenty of cute cafes nearby to explore. Overall, a fab experience!

Getting to the hotel feels like a trek with no lift!!! A bizarre lack of fridge in the room made it hard to keep drinks cold. The surrounding area requires careful navigation due to station closures!!!

Perfect place for single travelers

I had this super friendly contact, Michelle, even let me in early. It was such a relief after a long flight,, and the tea and coffee available were such a nice touch! The large double room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with this glorious air conditioning that felt like heaven after the warm day.

It was a bit pricey, but for the quality, I can forgive that.

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Vatican and other key sites. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days. The staff was genuinely helpful, treating us like family throughout our stay. On my husband's birthday, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and a chocolate treat for our daughter, which made us feel special. The room was spacious and well-decorated, offering a cozy atmosphere. However, I wished there had been a small fridge to keep drinks cool. The bathroom was tidy, but a bit tight on space. We also noticed some limitations with the supplies, like towels and toilet paper, which weren't promptly restocked at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall charm and hospitality made our stay memorable.

The nearby dining scene is unbeatable! We savored a meal at Ristorante Pizzeria da Francesco ai Banchi Nuovi, just 5 minutes away, and it was a culinary delight. Also, the staff were incredibly warm and made our stay feel like a home away from home. Plus, the coffee shop across the street served the best brews to kickstart our day!

The only hiccup was the shower tray being pretty high off the ground, which could be a bit tricky—especially for the more seasoned travelers.

The location made exploring the city a breeze, as I could easily walk to popular sites like Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain within minutes. I appreciated the unique charm of my deluxe triple room, complete with gorgeously painted ceilings that added to the historical feel of the building. The complimentary buffet with snacks, coffee, and fresh fruit was a delightful touch, especially after a day of sightseeing. Talking to Michelle, my host, was a highlight. she ensured everything was perfect during my four-night stay.
